VOLUNTEER FOR THE 2018 COLORADO CLASSIC!

We are searching for those volunteers who will make our fans and racers remember their unique experience at the Colorado Classic.

IMPORTANT VOLUNTEER DETAILS - 

REQUIREMENTS:  

• ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.  
• Please note that all volunteer positions will be outdoors, standing or walking for long periods of time, actively engaging with guests and may include the use of a tablet to interact with the guests at each area. 

BENEFITS: Volunteers who sign up for 4 or more hours of shift time receive a free single day ticket to the Velorama Festival, for the day they are working, at the end of their shift. Volunteers who sign up for more than 8 hours of shift time are eligible for a voucher for event merchandise. Course marshals signing up for more than one course shift are eligible for a free inaugural year commemorative jersey to be picked up at the Velorama Festival.

DESCRIPTION: Course Marshals will be assisting race staff with managing critical driveways, intersections, pedestrian crossing areas, keep course clear for safe race passage.

TRAINING:  All registered volunteers will receive information specific to the event, their positions, and other important instructions upon arrival for their selected shift. It is required that you attend the training session prior to the event.  You will receive your FREE parking pass at the training session. Training will take place at Manual High School at 1700 E 28th Ave, Denver, CO. There will be two sessions to choose from: Tuesday, August 14 6:30PM-8:00PM or Thursday, August 16 6:30PM-8:00PM. 

DAY OF EVENT:  Colorado Classic Course Marshals will be given check in instructions based on their shift location at a later time. We will provide a uniform t-shirt to all volunteers. More information will be sent out as we get closer to the event.
